What did you eat today?

I ate for 4 today (when it should have been
2). Anyone else feel super guilty after they eat like a heavy weight champion? I've already gained 30lbs and I'm 18 weeks. :(

Here's what I had:
Banana
Veggie sandwich with sweet potato fries
Pickle
Ice Cream
Cupcake
A basket of bread at dinner (seriously the entire basket..)
Wedge salad
Lobster Mac n cheese
Lobster roll
Few bites of my guys fish tacos
Sugary mocktail

Ugh. I feel gross :/

    This is the first day I've been super hungry. I haven't gained any weight yet though since I've been pregnant. I had a banana, mini muffins, and pancakes for breakfast/brunch, soup and about half a bag of sunchips for a snack and a pot pie with vegetables and potato for dinner. I also had a few twizzlers.

    ETA: Also 18 weeks.

    I'm 18 weeks as well and starving all the time. I ate half a ham and cheese omelette with hash browns, veggies and dip, some KD, an apple, chicken and roast veggies with a curry risotto, sourdough bread with spinach dip, an orange and ice cream!

    19 weeks:

    Chewy granola bar
    4 mini bagels with cream cheese
    An (all natural, nitrate free) hot dog
    Potato chips
    Nachos
    Scoop of ice cream

    After continuously losing weight and having no appetite I am making up for it now! :)

    Wow, I barely ate anything yesterday. I'm still waiting for my surge in appetite. 
    I had:
    2 eggs, scrambled
    3 maple breakfast sausages
    2 pieces of whole wheat toast
    take-out sushi for dinner (all cooked!)

    ...that was it. And I went to bed with a stomach ache because I ate too much sushi too fast. I need to step it up, & you ladies have given me some great ideas for what I'll eat today, lol! :)

    I haven't hit my appetite surge yet either at 18+2. Yesterday I had
    - slice of toast with a piece of bacon and a fried egg
    - cool ranch doritos
    - a whole box of Mac n cheese

    I just don't have an appetite still, or if I do nothing sounds good. Anyone wanna share their appetite with me??

    Yesterday I had:
    4 brownies for breakfast
    Water water water
    Cool ranch Doritos (I can't stop eating once I start!)
    3 rolls
    Gummi bears
    Clementine
    Lasagna
    Another brownie
    Vanilla ice cream with some cinnamon toast crunch

    Mind you there is 30" of snow preventing me from going anywhere and I'm stuck in my house with some girlfriends until we can dig out. All that eating is from boredom, not actual hunger. I did try to walk around the neighborhood, but it's kind of difficult

    We've had no power for 2 days now here in NC. The only place to get hot food was McD so I had that for lunch. Yesterday I had
    Crackers and pimento cheese
    Two mini donuts
    Fish filet
    Small Coke
    Cold leftover mashed potatoes
    Cole slaw
    More crackers with pb this time
    Hot cocoa x3

    I usually do better (eat more lol)

    18 w and I've gained 15pounds

    This week (19 weeks) I have been starving all the time! I only gained a few pounds the first tri, but I'm pretty sure my body will catch up pretty quickly now. Baby must be starting to put on a little more weight too.

    Yesterday I ate:

    Shredded wheat
    Fruit/spinich smoothy
    Peanut butter crackers
    Jalapeño Mac and cheese and fish sticks
    A few Oreos
    Tea
    Rice, creamy chicken, and coliower
    Graham crackers
    Lots of milk

    Weird when I look at it all written out. I'll blame it on the snow day :)

    A normal day is 2 packs of oatmeal for breakfast, snack of a granola bar & string cheese mid morning, lunch varies but it's usually leftover dinner from the night before or salad loaded with veggies & chicken, mid afternoon Greek yogurt, dinner is chicken or pork with a vegetable & a starch (mashed potatoes are my fav), and after dinner I have a mug of cereal before bed (lately Cocoa Puffs or fruity pebbles)... Sometimes I'll have a cookie or 2, or a few Hershey kisses too. I'm 18+2 and I've gained about 12 pounds, 1/2 of which I swear are in my boobs!

    ETA: I've definitely had some bad days where I've binged on bad food but I try to be good 90%!

    For breakfast I had bacon and grits. Throughout the day a lemon meringue pie flavored yogurt with granola added, a snack bag of cheese doodles, 3 water bottles, and for dinner my husband made homemade italian sauce, fresh pasta, meatballs, italian sausages onions and peppers. Oh and garlic bread. Yummy! I and my twin boys were excited to eat it, we cleared the plate! Im 18 wks 4 days with twins.

    Being snowed in makes me hungry! But I DID get a TON of stuff done around the house.

    Bagel w/cream cheese
    2 slices of leftover frozen pizza (but they were tiny!)
    2 muffin size pieces of garlic monkey bread w/pizza sauce
    4 chocolate/PB chips cookies (almost didn't have enough butter to make these! that would have been sad!)
    Turkey sloppy joes
    Curly fries (probably 2-3 servings worth)
    Tons of water
    Diet coke
    Sparkling grape juice
    handfuls of Doritos here and there

    Rice Krispies with whole milk (weird I know but they were leftover from a recipe so I ate them.)
    Espresso
    Bites of bagels with veggie cream cheese

    I've been eating a lot lately!

    Cereal, soy milk and OJ for breakfast
    A mango and 1/2 an avocado for snack
    A PBJ and mixed veggies for lunch
    3 Clementine's and applesauce for snack
    Spagetti, a kiwi, and 1/2 an avocado for dinner
    Chia seed granola and soymilk for snack
    Popcorn for snack
    Probably other snacks I forgot about..

    Bacon and eggs for breakfast. Yogurt and banana for mid morning snack. Lunch was late around 3pm so went to a Chinese restaurant with in laws. Had crispy duck, prawn dim sum and noodles. Had a big late lunch so will probably just have fruit for dinner. :smile:

    Yesterday I ate:
    - Oatmeal
    - Chicken & veg soup with bread roll
    - Pear
    - Grilled salmon sushi
    - Pickles
    - Dried mango
    - Orange
    - Tofu & veg stir fry with brown rice
    - Mini magnum
    - Woke up at 2am to eat a banana and small handful of almonds

    So far I've gained 8 pounds and all in the last 8 weeks!

    So far I've gained 8 pounds and all in the last 8 weeks!

    After the first trimester they recommend you gain a pound a week. So 8 pounds in 8 weeks is spot on. :smile:

    17 Weeks. Haven't gained any weight yet but was overweight to start.

    Scrambled eggs.
    Toast w/ jelly
    Greek Yogurt
    Apple Juice
    Chicken Noodle Soup
    Nut Thin Crackers with Hummus
    LF Cottage Cheese with Cherry Tomatoes 
    1 c. Chocolate almond milk

    For dinner we're having homemade corn & black bean baked taquitos. I haven't really had a huge appetite yet. I get full really fast. Some days I don't feel like I eat enough but I do eat when hungry and at normal meal times.

    English muffin egg white sandwich
    Pear
    Mediterranean wrap and veggies
    Quest bar
    Ask my about yesterday I ate like a cow:
    Doughnuts, pei Wei, Reese's eggs, grilled cheese junk all day.
    I eat super healthy all week and give myself one splurge day. I look forward to it all week.
    I buy low calorie treats to keep at home for when I'm hair really craving something.
    Btw I'm 20 weeks today and have gained 9 pound I was a little underweight when I got pregnant.

    Yes so many healthy people! I love veggies and must eat them more.
    Today we went to perkins so 
    biscuits, gravy, sausage, bacon and eggs for breakfast
    skipped lunch (too full)
    dinner was petite beef tenderloin filet, baby red potatoes steamed, asparagus
    tiny serving choc ice cream
    will be snacking on something in a bit - not sure what yet

    I'm getting over some random cold/may have been mild influenza, so my appetite is almost nonexistent:

    Tiny bowl of Raisin Bran crunch
    1/2 slice of banana bread
    Small bowl of tomato basil soup and a margherita flatbread from Noodles

    Breakfast (IHOP):
    2 eggs
    2 pieces of bacon
    Hashbrowns
    1 red velvet pancake
    Hot chocolate

    Lunch:
    1 1/2 pieces of homemade lasagna
    2 pieces of garlic bread
    A few bites of a red velvet brownie
    2 large glasses of chocolate/white milk

    Late Dinner:
    Large bowl of chex cereal with brown sugar

    I'm currently deciding whether I want some oreos and milk...let's face it I'll probably give in and have some!

    I totally just got my appetite back last week so I splurged a lot haha

    Well here is yesterday's
    -french toast

    -oranges

    -banana pancakes
    -water
    Ya talk about total carb loading haha I ate way better today though at least

    -whole wheat bagel with egg, tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo.
    -tea

    -beef sandwich
    -veggies and dip

    -Indian chicken
    -Rice

    I didn't gain any weight in the first trimester so I think it's totally going to creep up on me quickly this second trimester haha oh well the perks of being pregnant right? :)

    19 weeks here!
    I haven't gained weight like I thought I would this pregnancy. I don't have a big appetite, and when I do eat, it's much smaller portions. I get short of breath if I eat too much.
    Today I had: chicken noodle soup, a pear, hot cocoa, carrots, string cheese, salad with ranch, all beef hot dog, a sweet potato, and a brownie. Appetite was decent today. Hibernation this weekend gave me a boost in appetite for sure! ;)

    Yeah I have no clue why HEB had Reese's eggs out by all the valentines stuff but those are my weakness. I could eat those all day!

    The way I look at it- one day I eat all the tacos, pizza, and chips I want, and other days I eat chicken, broccoli, and sweet potatoes. I'm ok with it haha :)

    I'm 18 weeks today and have finally started having an appetite again the past two weeks.

    -Clif Bar
    -Two pieces of gluten-free toast with peanut butter and cinnamon
    -Fruit leather
    -Barbeque kettle chips
    -A couple bites of egg salad
    -Gluten-free pasta with basil pesto sauce and grilled chicken
    -Fresh salsa with yellow corn chips
    -Blueberries, peaches and cherries

    I've been trying to have a juice or salad everyday but was out all day yesterday and didn't find the time. Went to the Farmers Market this weekend so I'm excited to try and find ways to get more nutrients in! I was so sick early pregnancy all I ate was bread and carbs.
