Just wanted to say I have never been so excited to get my period. It's my first since my loss, and despite it being a gore show and some pretty awful cramps, I'm so pleased my body is getting back on track, pretty much one month to the day since the "main event"

Now hand me the advil and chocolate.

Female body is pretty amazing. I am not actively doing anything, but I'm pretty proud of this ol' gal. Time to get 'back on the horse' so to speak.

I hear you!! My whole life I hated the inconvenience of my period, then when started to TTC it was devastating each month not being pregnant...but when recovering from a m/c it's like WOOHOO! Bring it on!
Enjoy your Advil and chocolate...and perhaps some nice wine and coffee. Just indulge in it all

Nm, it was just the (hopefully) last push of mc. Had u/s today and I'm likely cleared, but apparently they don't want me to fly if I have tissue remaining. My flight is Thursday. Fingers crossed. I haven't seen my man since before this whole ordeal because I was visiting home for Christmas, I just need to hug him. Blarg.

AF started yesterday - at only 7DPO, CD33. I hope that my next cycle is more normal, especially in terms of LP length.

Ultrasound says I am cleaned out and cleared to fly. Now just gotta wait for a new cycle.

I'm so eager to get my period again. I feel like my body has f'd up its ability to stay pregnant twice now, so it'd be nice if it would perform as expected. I'm also terrified that I'm not sterile and will never be pregnant again. (This is intentionally dramatic)

I just finished my second and both the last two were crampy, heavy, & shorter than normal! This last one was also a week late. I just want my cycle to be normal again so I can figure out when I'm ovulating

@MrsBroughton15 - have you thought of temping daily? Then even with variable cycles you'd know if/when you ovulate. I thought it would be a huge pain in the arse but it really isn't too bad and the science nerd in me loves knowing what my body is up to...

It's been 9 days since my D&C. I'm wondering when I will get AF again. How long did it take all of you to get yours back?

I have had two d&cs and I got my period almost exactly 4 weeks after the procedure both times. I know that can definitely vary person to person. So sorry for your loss!

On Thursday it will be 2 months since my D&C I still have not started my period yet. I've heard of women going 3 months before starting again. It varies for everyone. Sorry for your loss!

Hang in there kdichristina1! It took 10.5 weeks after my 2nd loss. It was a really frustrating wait, but such a relief when AF finally returned.

I am 4 weeks from CP-AF start 2/11/16 normal but my hcg was still 8 same day....
