Uterus/abdominal aches??

I am 21-22 weeks along with little princess! Different from my other two is the sudden aches I have recently gotten this weem what seems to be on both sides of abdomen/uterus accompanied by some back pains as well? This morning i felt like i was hit by a small truck ! Just wondering if any other mothers have experienced these aches and pains?

    I have been achy in my abdomen, back and crotch area for a few weeks now.  My OB said its normal for the third pregnancy (and beyond) since everything is already beyond stretched.  She said if it goes away when I'm resting then I shouldn't worry about it.  If the discomfort continues with inactivity then she would be a little concerned.  I just take it as a sign to rest a little more.  I hope you feel better soon!

    When you say 'it feels like I got hit by a bus' that's EXACTLY what I say saying last week. I had no idea what happened and I was seriously concerned. I was expecting my belly to be black and blue everytime I looked at it. But then the pain went away and I woke up with this HUGE bump!! Hope your feeling better <3

    Yes feeling this way today. I wonder if I did too much yesterday? (I took 6 kids sledding and went up and down the hill 100 times).
    Cramping, achy, and my body is telling me to rest and drink lots of water.
    Hope you get some rest and feel better soon.
