Period ... Low milk supply

Anyone else's supply suffering during their period? How do I jump start the production so I can increase milk? My DD is going on 6 months and my goal is to nurse for a year so I would like to get my milk back up!! Help!

    Hi mama I hope your milk supply goes back up!! I've heard of the website mrsmilk.com and my friend uses it and she says it helped her supply. I would also try power pumping and oatmeal!! Also most importantly is staying hydrated especially during your period you need extra water mama!! Keep us updated and I hope this helps!

    No problem! I haven't tried the product myself yet but I did read lots of good reviews and saw their Instagram page and its natural. But regardless of that oatmeal and lots of water help me, so you can give that a try! Good luck!
