Last Minute Name Poll

DS was born yesterday and DH and I couldn't decide between Henry or Callum for his name so we thought we could wait to see how he is and which is more fitting. Well now DH is snowed in at home with our toddler and I am stuck at the hospital by myself, so I'd love to get any opinions that I can. Just for the record, Robert is my grandfather's name.

Callum is cute and different. I like the name Cal for short. I always find it easier to vote on a name when I know what the last name is too, but obviously you don't need to post that in public if you're not comfortable

So torn between Callum Henry and Callum Robert! I love the sound of both. Callum is such a cute name, but I can also picture an adult with the name. And of course, I love the significance of your grandfather's name (I'm a grandpa's girl and if I had another boy, there was no doubt that I'd fight to incorporate my grandpa's name).

I love family names for the middle spot. So I would put Robert there for sure. I think it's special to have that passed down, especially when the middle name gets used to rarely.

I personally like Henry more, it was on my short list for a boy. But both are nice.

I was thinking H.R. that's how we are helping to decide the name - how the initials sound in case people call the baby by its initials when it gets older. Beautiful name! Congratulations
