Fainting and numbness upper arm 10 weeks

Im 10 weeks and Very nervous after sitting in class I nearly passed out, I definitely lost vision for at least 10 minutes. I was very sweaty then cold and after I noticed my upper arm was numb. Could this be from dehydration?

I have no idea but I think you should either go to the ER or call your OB right now. Its not normal to do any of those things.

I went to the doctor today and everything is normal. That was scary, they said I must have had very low blood sugar. Going to make sure I'm frequently snacking for now on.
