Hi there! I am Bree. DH and I have been TTC for 8 months now and I am currently dealing with a diagnosis of annovulation/late ovulation with luteal phase defect. Also possible endometriosis (waiting to see a specialist to confirm). He is 26 (a farmer) and I am 23 (a registered nurse). I was a regular on the trying to get pregnant board but lately have been having such a hard time with it all. Reconciling my vision of how I wanted having a baby to happen and what the reality is, is hard. I'm hoping to support other having similar troubles and be supported along the way as well.
Hey and welcome! Sorry to see you over on this board Making the call to the RE for the first time and joining TTTC was really hard on me as well. It still is. I hope you find the support you need on this board and hopefully receive answers from the specialist. As hard as it was for me to make that first appointment, it feels nice having some answers, a treatment plan, and a team who is trying all they can do to help me through this and start a family.

I defiantly can relate to changing your vision of how your life (starting a family) was supposed to go. Mine did not work out how I planned. But this board is full of supportive people full of great advice.
Welcome! I hear ya as well. On one hand I try very hard to stay positive, but at the same time I try not to let myself daydream because it can be too painful! Thankfully we have this supportive board to help through this process.
To echo those above, this board can be an amazing area of support, especially when you're having a rough day & tired of people in your life only providing positive support (which don't get me wrong is amazing) but sometimes you (if you're like me!) just want to pout!
Hope you have a lovely weekend
