At 20+4, my bump really only "popped" in the last week or so. I'm also fairly small, and I was also still in good shape from my wedding in September, so showing later is normal, I'm pretty sure.
I'm tall and thin and I started really showing at 12 weeks. I'm 20 weeks now and it looks like I swallowed a basketball. Everyone is different and every pregnancy is different.
Ditto what @NikiCochran said. Every pregnancy is different. I'm 5'1 and was able to be in my size 0 pants until about two weeks ago. I'm 20w4d and my bump popped out last week but I'm also a FTM. I wasn't showing before then. But my SIL who is my same height and weight, but a little different body type showed in the first 8 weeks and had the size bump I have now at 15 weeks (she was carrying a boy but I don't think that matters). Everyone is different, don't worry about what anyone says and don't judge yourself by other's experiences.
I'm 18 weeks and still look like I've just eaten a bit too much. Unless you knew I was pregnant you wouldn't likely guess it still. Everyone is different and every pregnancy is different. I brought it up with my OB at my 16 week appointment and she wasn't concerned, said especially with FTMs its not uncommon to take awhile.
I am 5'3" FTM and I already had a small gut but I really noticed I popped out at 16 weeks. I went to bed one night bloated and woke up and my belly was just out there lol. My pants officially stopped zipping at 17 weeks. When I hit 18 weeks it was really obvious everyone at work was like "no mistaking that now." Lol. I've heard some people show late some people show early. Either way we are all getting closer to the "swallowed a basketball" phase if not already there.
I'm a FTM and 18 weeks today, unless im wearing a tight shirt that accentuates it, most people wouldn't be able to tell. I saw a friend this weekend who I hadn't seen in like a month and she just said that my chest looked huge but I didn't have a noticeable bump yet... I'm hoping by 20 weeks it's there!!
19 weeks here and have a small pop but enough for people to realize im pregnant. I can feel the flutters and hubby is getting impatient waiting to be able to feel them from the outside

I started showing more than just blump at about 15-16 weeks. You still can only tell when I wear tighter clothes or at the end of the day (I'm 19 weeks now). In tight clothes it's clearly a baby bump
Married July 2014 DD born June 2016 Second due August 2020 (team green!)
I popped at 18 weeks or so with this one. I still wear my regular jeans with a belly band some days though. I'm carrying higher this time around than with my boys.
It was noticeable (as in, couldn't hide it any more so I had to tell my boss) around 19 weeks this time, my second. Before that, I could tell but with creative outfits, I was able to hide it.
19+2 and this past week I've started to look on the bigger side. Sometimes when I'm bloated I feel like I look pregnant but other times I just look like I've gained some holiday weight
