  I just switch sides everyday on my abdomen and it's every two days in the same spot on the opposite side!

  I'm on Minivelle and I wondered that too. Every couple of days I'll put them in a similar spot. I can see where all of them have been since they have left red circles everywhere!

  Me: 31 PCOS + Homozygous A1298C MTHFR DH: 32 A-OK!
  December 2015-IVF 24 eggs retrieved, 16 mature, 14 fertilized with ICSI, 9 frozen blastocysts
  January 2016-FET #1-BFP!

  I just switch sides and try to pick a different area. Like @takethelongway said, the red spots stick around for a long time to make it easy to see where they were.

  RE DX for me: Anovulatory cycles/Mild PCOS  RE DX for DW: Endometrioma on left Ovary.
  Reciprocal Ivf Feb 2016. DW eggs and I am carrying. EDD: 10/27/16

  I was told to switch the side of my abdomen every 3 days, like the shots (if you did them in your abdomen).
