Wondering if we have a September 2016 moms Facebook group? If so, how can I join?

I do not believe we have started one yet. In my opinion, it's still a little too early but I'm sure one will be started eventually.

You could probably find a Sept. 16 group on facebook if you'd like to. I don't think we started one with my last BMB until third trimester - I ended up leaving that group because it was just too much.. but I'm still in a smaller (30 person) facebook private group from my first board. I love those mamas.

I waited to join my BMB on FB until 3 months after the babies were born.

This is always brought up pretty early in a BMB.

Think twice about sharing all your personal info on FB with Internet strangers. I also love my small group that was formed in the last trimester but even we had shit go down after we thought we knew everyone.

I am still apart of my J12 Facebook group and chat with those ladies daily. However, we didn't start the favebook group until the start of third-tri.

I agree with PPs, it's still to early to start a FB group. We started one with my last BMB at the end of 3rd Tri. Before that, there was a whole lotta crazy that got weeded out along the way.

@backoffunicorn as did we - even with a small group there were still some cliques and other things that caused some mamas to leave.

No offense to everyone here, but it's way to early for me to even consider a FB group. Also, I'm in my Dec14 small one, and a couple local ones with mamas that I see in person frequently - I think I've got my FB group quota filled.

Echoing what the other ladies have said about it still being to early. I am a part of my BMB Aug10 FB group but we didn't start that till after the babies were born. There are 80 of us in there but maybe only 30 are really active.

I agree that through the months there will be lots of crazies weeded out.

I think it's way too early for Facebook. You never know who is lurking or pretending to be someone they are not on this group. I'd wait until wayyy later in the game.

The Sept 11 BMB mom's have one. There were close to 300 moms. Then there was a great divide. Last I knew there was still about 100 moms active. I didnt join until after DS was born. But I'm currently deactivated in FB world. I just have too much going on in my life to be checking FB.

Same as the others. Love my April 13 FB group. Truly consider many of them my friends. But it wasn't started until late third trimester. Started at about 90ish women. Down to 76, I believe.

My Feb15 group didn't make a FB until like December. We were even weary of doing it then. We have about 45 members after we weeded out the crazy. Haha

My last BMB started one early last time and it became a horrible thing. So many catfights and drama. After all babies were born a second one got started and that one flows well because it was a smaller group and we all know each other much better. Anyone who was going to drop off because of whatever reason, already had by that point.
