Ovarian Cysts?

in 1st Trimester
So I went for my first sono today (internal, blech) and I have 3 cysts on my right ovary. I want to be aware of any pain that might come with them, but when the doctor said it was the right ovary does that mean my right or his right? Meaning my left. They were pretty big. 2 cm 3 cm and 4cm. I couldn't even see my ovary on the screen.
