20 week AS found fluid on kidneys

Has anyone else ever experienced fluid on their babies Kidneys? At our 20 week US the doc said that there was 5ml of fluid around my baby boys kidneys. When I ask he only said they were working to well the valve was staying closed to often. This sounds like a load of bull the way he said they work to well. What are other experiences with this. Has everything been okay? What did it mean for your family.

    My sister in law had this and it was no big deal. She just had to have a couple of extra ultrasounds to monitor it.

    It's good to hear that it worked out in those cases. I am overly paranoid now. The sad thing is that this is my second pregnancy and although I had challenges the first time this one seems to be having problems
