What can I do?

My baby cries a lot whe he poops, his stool is hard, doctor says is ok because he is growing and he is getting use to new food, but i haven't introduce any new food, he is been like tha for a week :/

    Have you tried pureed prunes? This always helps my little guy...

    Puréed prunes, warm water mixed with prune juice, or pear juice always helps my LO. But maybe he just needs more water regularly. We were having issues similar so we started doing about 4ounces a day split of just water. She loved it, she was thirsty
