First round of clomid

I started my first round of clomid on day 3 through 7. I had some pain in my ovaries and felt a little bloated but other than that ok.
I started testing for my LH on day 9, I'm on day 12 and still have not had a positive test yet.
But I have been feeling so much pain in my abdomen area and in my vigana area it is unreal. I even threw up from the pain. After I did feel better, but is this normal with clomid?
Is it normal to feel like crap and have extremely bad crap from clomid?

    I'm on my third cycle of clomid and I have felt "off" and nauseous but never as bad as you're describing. I would call the doctor. also I've been told that clomid can delay ovulation even though it forces it on you. good luck :)

    Even with an average O date of CD 14, a positive OPK may not have occurred yet. Regarding the pain, I hope you called your doctor already. I also hope you are being monitored while on this medication. Proper monitoring would allow you to pinpoint O easier and ensure no negative factors are present, such as a cyst or thin lining (common side effect of Clomid). With the pain you described, it sounds like you may very possibly have a cyst or had a cyst rupture. I was on Clomid 3 times, and while I sometimes had cramping, it was not even close to what you described.

    Clomid can delay ovulation. Most women will ovulate between 5 and 10 days after the last pill. I was always on the later end of that range.

    TTC since 5/14
    Unexplained with (controlled) hypothyroidism and suspected ovulatory dysfunction (but, I do ovulate on my own)
    Clomid 50 mg 3/15 (unmonitored) - BFN
    Clomid 50 mg + metformin 4/15 (unmonitored) - BFN 
    First RE appt. 5/15; Natural cycle 5/15 monitored with 2 mature follicles and Pregnyl Trigger (full dose) + prometrium - BFN
    6/15 HSG - clear tubes & normal uterus; great PCT test results
    TI - 100 mg Clomid + prometrium (AM & PM) + vaginal estrace (AM & PM) 6-7/15 (monitored) --> no additional response and thinned lining - BFN
    TI - Injectables (follistim + Gonal-F, Ganirelix, & 1/2 dose Pregnyl) + prometrium (AM & PM) 9/15 --> 3-7 mature follicles (3 definites and 4+ that could have matured due to trigger) @ O -->BFN + 5 large cysts
    BC for 2 weeks due to cysts
    TI - Injectables (Gonal-F, Ganirelix & full dose Pregnyl) + prometrium (AM & PM) 10/15 --> 1 mature follicle --> BFN 
    TI - Last attempt at injectables (Gonal-F, Ganirelix & 1/2 dose Pregnyl) + crinone (AM only) + vaginal estrace (AM & PM) 11/15 --> 3-4 mature follicles --> BFP!! 11/27/15 @ 13dpo (shockingly, actually waited until then to test)

    Beta #1 @ 16dpo (11/30/15) = 1,075
    Beta #2 @ 19dpo (12/3/15) = 3,150
    One baby: Saw heartbeat @ 5w5d (114 bpm; baby measuring 2.3mm)

    Thank you for your concerns. I did get in to see the doctor today and had an ultrasound. I have 5 follicles (sacs / eggs... I guess) in my ovaries and for some reason the one is giving me a hard time, of course it's the only one in right ovary. He said it may be how it is positioned iny ovary. My doctor gave me some pain meds for the pain. He said the size of them are okay, if they were anymore larger or more, I would have had to be admitted. For now I just have to wait it out until I ovulate, which is what needs to happen.
    My Dr asked me how intense my pain was, I told him, I would rather break my ankle again (I'm just healing up from a broken ankle in the fall).
