in January 2016 Moms
38+1 and for the past week i keep having BH EVERY single night! They are 20 minutes apart and last for a few hours. I feel like when it's the real thing I'll ignore it because it's normal to me now......

    Iv had the same, but I think if they are coming at regular intervals they're classed as contractions, not BH. Annoying, but it is probably just your body prepping itself, and perhaps dilating a little too. I'm 41+1 today and going in for my induction tonight. Although I'm sure I'll start off with these annoying BH like contractions... I'm pretty sure we will both know when it is go time!!!

    @jencook25 good luck! Hope all goes well!!!! How exciting. Yes very annoying but that os true. My body is prepping for the big day.

    Same for me, but 12ish minutes apart for about 4-5hrs every night.  Drives me crazy, but nothing seems to help.

    Same! Mine are like 12-15 minutes a part. I'm 38w1d. I actually had a really bad sharp pain down there when I went to get up from the toilet, had to sit down until the pain went away (a few seconds). Hope there has been some progress when we go to our appt on Tuesday

    Ya.... I've been getting them painfully recently at about 5 minute intervals lasting 1 min. Which is SUPPOSED to be go time... but they don't get worse and they don't get closer. Just a big ol' pain in the butt. Fell asleep and they were gone when I woke up... 39+5 today... wishing for something real

    39+2. I've been having them on and off for weeks now. The last 2 days they have been more painful, but still no organization. They are calling for a HUGE snow storm on my due date so that's adding to the stress and urgency I'm feeling. My daughter came 11 days early so as of tomorrow I'll be pregnant a week longer than last time, so I already feel like I'm late even though I'm not.

    39+4 and I've been having them 5-10 min apart for an hour or two several times a day every day for at least two weeks. I'm just waiting for them to become actual real contractions. I've been doing ok this pregnancy but I totally hit the wall yesterday and am just done. My legs and feet are enormous, my groin hurts, I feel like I'm about to bust open and I can't do anything with my son and feel like a lazy terrible mom. OK, whiney complaint over.

    My BH went from 12-15 mins apart over the weekend to averaging 8 today, with the occasional every 2/5 min. Occasional discomfort here and there but my stomach has been gurgling a lot so I think it's just gas and the BH. Have our appt in the morning so hoping we've made some progress from last week's appt
