I am getting a little desperate for help here... I am expecting my third child (three weeks from today), and husband and I are not sure what to do about a name. We do not know the gender, and have a girl and boy name picked out that we both love and agree on. However, the boy name that we like (which has been a backup for the previous two children), has been used recently in our (rather large) church...TWICE...in the last year and a half. To be fair, the one baby and mother don't really attend our church any more, but there is still one other boy with the name we like! I am normally TOTALLY against using a name that has been used recently, but we REALLY can't find another name that we like as much.
Would you still use the name, even though it's been used?
Re: What would you do?
It's a big church. People won't think you're "using" their name, and if it's one you love, go for it.
Also, super curious what the name is....
Hubby and I agreed on Finn right after finding the sex out.... We have it on the wall and on some other things... Then star wars comes out and of course one is named Finn in it. We are going to hear it from everyone and already are having people say oh like in star wars when we bring up his name. But what ever it is what it is and the name is special to us that's all that matters (:
Btw i love leo if we have another son that will be his name (my father's name)
