Episiotomy pain

Y'all it's been 11 weeks Monday and my pain is still here! It hurts into my butt and my thigh :( I had surgery on an abcess but the doctor says the pain isn't from my wound. Anyone else still in pain?

    I'm 11 weeks out and had an episiotomy. Mine hasn't hurt in several weeks. Sorry you're experiencing this! I hope it feels better soon!

    Yep! I had a pretty significant tear and I'm 13 weeks out. I'm still sore and have pain in my tailbone. Someday I'll feel better... And then I'll have another baby lol

    I didn't have an episiotomy but tore naturally, lower and upper. I still have pain where my labia tore in half

    I didn't have an episiotomy - I had a second degree tear - but it will still feel uncomfortable every now and then. What really gets me is my tailbone and pelvic region ache sooooooo bad. When I wake up in the morning I waddle to the bathroom like I used to in the middle of the night at eight months pregnant, it's so crazy!

    I'm 11 weeks also and still sore down there. I went to the doc and she told me that I have one area that's still red and that's the area that hurt. She said that it will heal in time :(

    At the end of the day when I'm bending over and picking up toys, something down there hurts haha. LO will be 12 weeks tomorrow.

    9w PP, and my episiotomy only just feels mostly healed. My midwife said it wasn't quite there at 7w, and to wait an extra week for sex. I still feel it if I sit down wrong.
    DS1: Born 11.18.15
    DS2: EDD- 09.08.17

    I had a second degree tear. I am 10 weeks pp and still sore. It's as if I can feel the scar after sitting for long. I didn't heal properly for ages and had a red area. Turned out it was a bit inflamed and got a two week course of antibiotics, but didn't want to take them because I am BF. I used nappy cream on the area instead, and within days it was almost gone!!!

    Just Penaten baby cream. It's a wonder cream in my opinion! Works wonders on scars and scratches and burns, too.
