How long for Diclegis to kick in?

Hi all,

I'm on my third day of Diclegis and am still absolutely miserable all day and night. Has anyone taken this and if so, did it take a while for it to kick in? I'm starting to give up hope for it!

    It took my almost a week to get a décent relief from diclegis. What did your doctor told you about the increase of the dose? How many pills are you taking?

    It took about 3 days for me to feel better on it. Hopefully it will start working for you very soon! The all day nausea is awful!

    I'm now on all four pills-- one in the morning and afternoon and two at night. Today was the first morning I got out of bed-- which is a huge improvement. I still feel terrible but hopefully it's a step in the right direction!
