On the left is your baby, the round mass on the right is the yolk sac. You can clearly see the head and tail. You should really ask your doctor tho they can tell you all of that!

ETA: Nope, not the same person. I'm pretty sure she's on the August 16 BMB. I've seen her ultrasounds before.
The baby is going to look more like a blob than a baby until you get further along. If you have questions regarding your ultrasound then you should ask the US tech.
Like others mentioned on your post please take these pictures down or as someone else said at least crop out your personal information. Think of the safety issues here.
