So nauseous

Hi ladies,

I'm writing for some support. I'm 7 weeks 4 days and am at work. I'm so incredibly nauseous. What are you all doing to help the nausea? It wouldn't bother me as much but I have to work and I'm often out in public.

Congrats and I hope your nausea is minimal.

    There are lots of threads on this with tons of ideas of you want to search :)

    My quick tips: snack all day, get some sea bands, chew ginger candies (I like Gin-Gins), eat protein

    Snack throughout the day, ginger chews, and B vitamins were my go to favorites to help with nausea. There are lots of other great suggestions in previous threads too!

    My go to is popsicles, prego pops, and broth soup.. Like miso soup.

    Eat all day, crackers, drink tons of water(with one part lemonade). I ate anything with lemons. Don't let your stomach get empty. It was full force 6 weeks and lifted ( yea!) finally around 10 weeks. I had it all day, every day with no vomiting. I hope you feel better!
