Funny things our significant others say

I figured we could all use something to make us laugh a bit, and although they don't mean to say some thing I am sure we all have a story about our DH opening their mouth :

My favorite thing I have herd from mine follows ,

We were in the shower the other morning and he loves the fact that my boobs continue to grow . He said " hey honey for Christmas I got you a boob job and a reverse tummy tuck " lol it may have pissed off some women but made me laugh .

Anyone else's kids or honeys say silly things ??

My husbands reaction to having a girl "oh great, now we have to have more boots and furry jackets around the house"! He is really excited and was just being funny.

My husband has been talking to my bump like Dory from Finding Nemo, when she is trying to talk to the whales. He says since the baby is in water, it will hear him better if he speaks orca.

When talking about how much I have been burping while pregnant. My husband looks at me, and goes "Do you think this will last after pregnancy?"

Dh last night:
"Are you sure your belly is big enough? You don't really look like you're pregnant, just like you're getting fatter".

he doesn't always filter well

My 4 year old:

"Do you know who's most important to me? The baby!"

(Talking to my belly) "hello baby, is it cozy in there? I grew in there too. I miss it, it was so snugly and comfortable.

This child is a first for my husband and I and our parents. When I revealed to my husband we were having a girl he was in shock and said he didn't think he could have girls, because his dad and grandfather only had boys. He then said his family needs a girl.

My next door neighbor's two year old upon our explaining the DH and I are having a baby and it's in my belly:

*pokes belly* "show me."
"Well, the baby is inside I can't show you him yet."
"Ok. Show me your belly."
I obliging lift shirt and she inspects and nods, "It's growing."

I had a similar experience with a little boy at school! He asked me to lift my shirt to see the baby, but I said it was in my tummy. Then his jaw dropped, "YOU ATE YOUR BABY?!"

We opened our secret envelope on christmas to reveal the sex. My husband read it and said "your not the father" and started doing the maury povich dance. Completely ruined the moment but cracked me up!!

My 3.5 year old wants to run a zoo or be a doctor for zoo animals.
She also cracks me up with the hilarious things she says.

My husband ran into a good friend of ours from high school at work who asked how my pregnancy was going and he said, "well apparently pregnancy just turned her into a man. All she wants to do is sleep and eat and fart."

He obviously felt this was appropriate enough to tell me about it later. I thought it was hilarious, but REALLY....

My nephew is 7 and he is SOOO Excited about the baby . He told my sisters in laws family before they did lol . So I see him about 4-5 times a week we are a close family but I rarely pick him up from school . So last week I picked him up and when I do that he thinks it's the coolest thing ever . So he ran to me jumped in my arms and yelled as loud as he could " auntie did you have you baby yet" lol needless to say everyone around us turned and starred at me

I'm not really showing yet which made it funny and then I had to explain again that it would be summer time before that happened

he also asked me if it would hurt when the baby came out at dinner ... Had to change the subject quick lol I will let hai mom deal with that

DH was talking to the baby last night and his conversation went like this "Hi baby. I'm sorry you have to grow inside someone who likes to eat disgusting domino's." Thanks dear lol. It stemmed from me telling him a friend and I are having a date night next week and reliving our roommate days meaning pasta breadbowls from domino's and donuts from a local bakery!
