So sick

I have the worst cold. I'm stuffy, congested and my head feels like it's in a vice grip.

I've been trying to tough it out, but I'm pretty miserable today. I'm 10 weeks pregnant do ypu think it's ok to take afrin nasal spray or use a cough drop?

    Saline nasal spray and cough drops are okay according to my midwives!!

    Try the breathe right nasal strips for the congestion--I've been using them for 6 weeks to help ease my chronically stuffy nose from allergies. I believe there are some cold meds you can take--just for sure stay away from psuedophedrene. Hope you feel better soon!!
