I'm from "central" jersey - about 45 minutes west of New York depending on how fast you drive down 78.

Used to live a little further south but always in jersey. Moved to our current town for the great schools and ridiculously high property taxes!

New Englander here. I was born and raised in New Hampshire, then left New England and lived in Philadelphia for 14 years of education and work. Then I moved back north to Boston and I've been here for almost 7 years.

I honestly LIKE snow @CarrieandRoy. I was so disappointed we didn't get any till late December. BUT, I could do without the below zero temps. YUCK!

I grew up in Northern California and then moved to Seattle for graduate school. Then, I moved to Nebraska for a job. Once here, I met my DH. I'd love to get back to California someday, but it's not looking like it'll happen anytime soon. Maybe when we retire!

in the meantime, I've come to love Nebraska.

Sunny Southern California! I love love the mild weather here. I grew up in utah with snowy winters and i moved to California at the first opportunity, give me water and the beach!

Living a bit south of Seattle now, grew up in Memphis and have lived in San Diego and rural AK. I tend to have itchy feet but my husband owned a condo when we met and we can't currently sell, so, here I am. I've been in WA off and on for most of my adult life, so I'm pretty happy but I'd like to live someplace where we can have a little land.

@emsmama15 - I love snow, too, but hate cold temps. I lived in Ohio until I was 13, but the 24 years in Florida have made that a distant memory. I was just trying to figure out the other day the last time I saw snow. I think I might have been in college. I'm long overdue!

I love snow too-was hoping for some of the white stuff so I could go skiing! Not a fan of just cold with no snow. Bleh.

I'm originally from the snowy tundra of Erie, Pennsylvania (lake effect snow is crazy there) but now I live in temperate, sunny North Carolina. Love it here.

It sure is! I love Carrboro. She's lived there for about 25 years, so it's sort of my second home (N.H. was my first. I was raised there and my father is still there). My sister was also in N.C. (Greensboro) for over 20 years but she just moved to Delaware this month, so I probably will find myself heading down south less often than I used to (my mom will probably be bitter about that...)
