Breast Pump - Freemie Freedom

Does anyone have any experience with the Freemie Freedom deluxe set with hands free and concealable collection cup breast pump. It is one that's offered through my insurance company and I'm just wondering if anyone has used it. Thinking a hands-free pump would me great!

  • Try looking on pumping essentials.com to see if your insurance will cover the medela pisa starter pump
  • My insurance doesn't cover it, so I don't have any experience, but it looks really cool!  Supposedly, you can pump anywhere without anyone being able to tell.
  • I don't have any personal experience with it. I thought it sounded like a great idea. I was reading some reviews last night and it sounds like people complain about the level of suction. Here is one review I read: https://www.lucieslist.com/baby-registry-basics/feeding/#breastpumps
  • I was looking at the freemie pump as well for the same reason. I looked at reviews and seen the same thing about the suction, but also found out that you can order the collection cups from the freemie for the madela! So I ordered the madela! I didn't order the collection cups yet as they are $60 I figured I would get used to pumping first and then make the purchase! Good luck!
  • Thanks everyone! I decided to a stick with the one I had last year - Ameda. It was pretty good and I have all the "gear" to go along with it! Good luck, everyone!
