5-6 weeks pregnant and spotting...

Hey there ladies! So, my situation is this...I thought I was about 7.1 wks pregnant when I went in last Friday. We did a vag ultrasound and nothing but thickening of my uterus showed up. I was in shock. My doctor looked in my tubes to make sure baby wasn't there..nope. no where! So, since I've hit 30 and getting IUD taken out, my body doesn't have regular cycles like it use to. Sometimes it's every 5-6 weeks before I have my period. Bottom line, did blood work, went from 8700-17000, so things are looking right on schedule to be 5-6 weeks pregnant (suggesting I ovulated late). Two days ago and today I've have a brown tinge when I wipe. It's off and on. Now I've had 3 miscarriages, and with mine, they all started with dark brown spotting that later turned dark red...etc. So this whole experience is new to me. I have 3 boys that I never spotted. Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has/ is having the spotting and all is well? I'm hoping its baby making a home and will be able to see something on ultrasound tomorrow!

    I had spotting also around 6 weeks and it lasted a full week. My midwife started me on progesterone and it seems to have stopped. Just anxiously awaiting our first u/s.
