Sending positive thoughts! I had the same scare with LO. Never vomited my entire pregnancy until I was told of the possibility of T18 based on some findings on ultrasound. I opted for the fetal DNA test first and ended up not doing the amniocentesis. I was physically sick every day until I got those results.
Prayers her way. So sorry to hear, but all in God's plans!
This just rubs me the wrong way. I doubt God would give an innocent baby a disease that is severely debilitating and often times fatal.
God doesn't make mistakes. While we see it as something awful, God may see it different. His plan sometimes doesn't make sense, but there is a purpose. God certainly uses these things for good in some way. Maybe to humble or to use someones knowledge to save others. Also, while here on earth they may suffer, they will have eternal life eventually and no longer go through the pain.
Hey Hun! God is in charge and he never give us more than we can handle, will sure have you all in my prayers, keep the faith and all will be well, with Gods grace and Mercy!!!!
SIL had an appt for the amnio today, she ended up going in for an ultrasound and they confirmed that something is wrong with the baby, some type of heart defect , hands and feet deformities, he's small and something is wrong with his intestines. She decided not to do the amnio since she feels like the ultrasound showed issues with the baby. In 2 weeks she will have an ultrasound to check the baby heart. They gave her an option to terminate her pregnancy, but they have decided to continue with the pregnancy and pray.
I will continue to pray and I believe God has control and that a miracle is happening in his or her life. I know that little blessing will be known for his or her testimony and for what God will do in his or her life in the name of Jesus! . Have faith and please tell your sister this, God is the same from yesterday, today and forever, and the miracles He has done before, He can do again! God is in control! @Youngwithra
Did she have the fetal DNA blood test? It's a simple blood draw that will screen for chromosomal abnormalities and could go be her more info without being an invasive procedure. I hope everything will work out for the best.
It's very scary when they tell you this but it happens alot in sure your babes is OK. I had this scare as well the test ended up OK I've never been so scared in my life but I stayed humble and the end results were good only to get another scare weeks later my baby ended up having complete heart block! But that had nothing to do with the soft markers they found on earlier test:(
Monday March 28 my SIL water broke at 5:40am she was 30 weeks.... She got to the hospital they put the monitor belt on her to manage the baby. But after an Hr he didn't have a heartbeat no more. she delivered him at 3:07pm. Baby was born sleeping. It was so hard meeting him and saying my goodbyes.
I'm so extremely sorry for the loss of this sweet baby. I can't imagine what you all are going through. Sending lots of love and prayers to you all during this difficult time.
