I put my exclusive co-sleeping baby in his crib tonight . He's been napping so good in there the last two days id thought I'd give it a try . I know my husband and I need our time together at night and my sweet baby needs his own place to sleep but I'm just so sad over it ... I want him here next to me .. How are you co sleeping momma's coping with the seperation ( those of you that have already transitioned). How did you find peace of mind ?
Re: Sigh....cosleepers / transition / sad
We now have the baby video monitor on next to us and we're in the room right next to the nursery so that makes it easier. He's also been waking up at 2:30 to eat, and we have the Snuza breathing monitor on him which also makes me feel better about it.
It was tough, but I have to admit it's nice not to have to roll over in slow motion so I don't make any noise (he's really sensitive to noise, even with the white noise machine on). I'm glad we made the switch now, even though it was tough (for me!) the first few nights.
