PFL for Dads?

in November 2015 Moms

Has anyone spouse or SO taken the 6 weeks PFL, if so what documents were needed to submit? I can't find a lot of info on what needs to be submitted for the PFL bonding time for dads.

    As far as I know paid family leave is only offered in a few states unless your company offers it. So what would be needed would be determined by that state/company. In PA we don't have paid family leave. DH could have used FMLA to take care of me but it wouldn't be paid.

    My fiancé's company offered PFL but he would've had to take a pay cut since they didn't take in account all the over time he does so we didn't do it. Ur SO should be able to ask his supervisor for the necessary documents though.
