I cannot get enough Brussels sprouts! Thankfully DH & DD love them, or I'd be making alternate sides 2-3x a week.

  • @NicknShan not pathetic at all. Sounds great. Hope AS goes well.
  • I just want to say I'm in awe.  I love to cook, and am good, if I do say so myself, but meal planning is totally beyond me...
I do a bunch of prep/cooking on Sunday & then usually figure out the actual meal (combination of fresh cooking and using leftovers and pre-prepared things) sitting at my desk at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

But tonight was pretty good - penne alls boscaiola and salad.  Yum.
  • Tequila lime steak salad bowls...found on fb. REALLY REALLY GOOD!
