I just want to say I'm in awe. I love to cook, and am good, if I do say so myself, but meal planning is totally beyond me... I do a bunch of prep/cooking on Sunday & then usually figure out the actual meal (combination of fresh cooking and using leftovers and pre-prepared things) sitting at my desk at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
But tonight was pretty good - penne alls boscaiola and salad. Yum.

@hockeyfan42: I also love brussels sprouts and this brussels sprout taco recipe I'm making is amazing. It's a little prep/cook intensive, but it is soooooo good. https://www.howsweeteats.com/2014/01/brussels-sprouts-tacos-with-caramelized-shallot-salsa/
