Lots of butterflies and tears, so nervous but so excited. Just want this next pregnancy to be our baby at the end of the rainbow!
Any advice for how to just breathe easy during ttc post loss or losses? Anything you ladies ate/ingested or home remedies to make odds of miscarrying lesser? I'm taking high dose folic acid, prenatal vitamin, evening primrose oil, eating healthy (lots of salads with dinner) each night and more red meats for iron! Exercise is running after my toddler during the day

Huh I love your tip for the pomegranate juice, as my midwife thinks that my lining was a cause for my last miscarriage. Even if it doesn't do anything it still sounds delicious! Going to go get some today ❤️
