When I went to my doctor for my last appointment, she gave me a checklist. It had me chose whether I wanted visitors, epidural, breastfeeding, skin to skin contact, circumcision, etc. It was two pages front and back. Is that what you mean?

I don't think there's a right or wrong way to make a birth plan. You won't be graded on it.

I've never even bothered with writing one out. My midwife asks me whatever she needs to know (home birth? Hospital birth? Do you have someone to watch the older kid(s)? Who will be with you to support you during labor? Do you have help for after baby is born? Planning to breastfeed? And so on and so forth). I just know I want to labor and deliver without any interventions, so we go with that and keep it simple.

Call a mohel and make an appointment for when the baby is eight days old. See if he can recommend a good speech therapist for that lisp.
