Meal plan Monday-1/11

Sunday: burgers, fries and salad
Monday: pork chops, roasted potatoes and green beans
Tuesday: spaghetti
Wednesday: quesadillas and fresh guac.
Thursday: homemade breakfast sandwiches
Friday: pizza

    Tue- pancakes and sausage
    Wed- baked potatoes and salad bar
    Thur- tacos
    Can't remember fri or Saturday

    M: Greek pitas and fries
    Tu: butternut squash soup (doubling to freeze half)
    W: grilled chicken with acorn squash
    Th: salsa verde (doubling to freeze half)
    F: leftovers
    Sa: brunch... lately I can't eat dinner if I have brunch but we have friends coming to town so I'll have to do some apps when we go out!
  • Mon: Baked Ziti plus extra to freeze
    Tues: drumsticks with potatoes and carrots
    Wed: Tacos or meatloaf. Make extra to freeze
    Thur: Date night
    Fri: depends if we're going to the cabin
    Sat: moms house
  • I have some holes this week. I'm uncomfortable, not sure what will happen with my work schedule this week (due to an injury Friday), and unmotivated.

    M - teriyaki chicken stir fry
    T - maybe broccoli cheese pasta?
    W - creamy white chicken chili
    Th - who knows
    F - breakfast scramble
    Sa -leftovers?
    Su - pizza
