Anyone here been diagnosed with SPD or pelvic girdle pain?
Over the last 2 months, the pain has gotten to where it's almost unbearable. I can't sit, stand, walk, or turn over in bed without pain. I went to the grocery store and when I got to the door it was almost too hard to walk (thank goodness I grabbed a cart to lean on and go slowly!) I see a Chiro every week who agrees that this is probably what I have based on the types of asjustments she has to do. I wear a belly band, and sit as often as one can with a 3 year old!
Anyway, any suggestions/tips/advice? I have my OB appointment on Tuesday and will be going over this all with her then too.

Re: SPD?
And as far as pain relief... Nothing helps me. I have a support belt, doesn't do anything. Hot showers will give me slight relief. It's mainly avoiding the things that aggravate it: standing for long periods of time (but I'm a server so it's tricky) and not making any big, fast movements when I go from sitting to standing.

It does make me feel a little better but I'm also overweight and not everyone can tell I'm pregnant when I'm sitting lol
