Spotting and nausea isn't as bad

Hello, I am 8 weeks 5 days and I woke up this morning, went to the bathroom and had some spotting with reddish (not brownish) blood when I wiped. I have been severely nauseous all day but today I also woke up not feeling as bad. I have called the doctor and they didn't seem concerned since I have no abdominal pain or cramping but I am still worried. My u/s isn't for five more days...

    Hang in there and think positive! Also stay off the internet, it will drive you crazy.

    Any cramping?

    Symptoms come and go, and come back with a vengeance. Has the bleeding stopped?

    Nausea is back with a vengeance.. Some slight cramping but it feels the same as it has the last month.. No more spotting for now.. I am just so nervous to finally hear the heartbeat on Friday and have some assurances or answers..
