I just got my BFP yesterday and every time I eat today I feel like I'm gonna blow chunks. Is this normal? Or is the nausea all in my head? Any one else having morning sickness early?
@Webb2314 - love the hat I'm a huge GB fan! I have the spins pretty bad and waves of nausea. Had it with my first this early too. Luckily, no morning sickness yet tho (knocks on all wood). It helps to keep a box of crackers by your bed and having a few before you move too much. It gives your stomach some substance so when you get up, you can establish your equilibrium easier without feeling like you're going to vom. As much as it sucks, nausea is a good sign your hormone levels are up!
Nausea is a weird symptom where it can be hormonal or in your head... miserable either way. Grazing helped with my first, never really hungry and never super full!
@RedMar@JennM205 Pack nation is everywhere I love it! Hahah thank you everyone for the input I'll stick with grazing and ginger ale and hopefully it doesn't last long!
Re: Nausea at 4 weeks?
And yes it's normal, I had ms that early with my first. Luckily nothing so far this time around, here's to hoping it'll stay that way!
