1st Trimester

And then suddenly...

My pregnancy symptoms have faded...

This is obviously not my first pregnancy, but I've had multiple miscarriages so I'm a little paranoid. I know this is my last chance to have a baby so I'm hoping it works out. Just needed to vent...hope I'm just being paranoid...

  • It's normal, they come and go. If you search here you will find many many threads on this topic and they should comfort you. As long as you aren't bleeding and cramping, I don't think you should worry.

  • You are being paranoid. Have you had your first ultrasound? If a fetal heart beat has been detected. The odds are on your side. Especially if you're in the 8-9 week range, the placenta takes over hormone production so symptoms reduce.

I'm 23 weeks and have had next to nothing for my symptoms :) and my baby is doing fine, I went to for a check up 2 days ago and his ticker was 145bpm
  • I'm only 4 weeks...

  • First tri is a huge waiting game. You know that already since this isn't your first pregnancy. Unfortunately, women find out sooner now because of the early tests and it freaks them out when things are or aren't suppose to happen. If you're not heavily cramping and bleeding then try not to worry till your first ultrasound. Pregnancy symptoms or lack thereof are not indicators of viability.
  • If you're 4 weeks, I wouldn't worry. Most women don't start to feel symptoms until 6 weeks anyway. Hang in there and stay postive.
  • I didn't have any pregnancy symptoms until 6 weeks, then they were gone at 7 weeks, then back with force 8-11weeks. After that I felt great until 24 weeks. Now at 29 weeks I have a uti, cold, ear infection and I would like someone to shoot me and put me out of my misery...
I know it's hard to not worry, but honestly as long as you are eating and drinking your best, there isn't much you can control at this point. Worry probably won't hurt, but it certainly won't help the situation. For now you are pregnant, rejoice!
