Twins/Blighted Ovum Question

So on my u/s today they said that it looks like there were twins but one didn't develop and is a blighted ovum. My question is, what do they do about the blighted ovum? Anything? The u/s tech couldn't tell me ANYTHING of course. Do they just leave it and just let the other baby grow or do they try to remove it some way some how? https://i63.tinypic.com/2pt8dib.jpg

I'm not sure for twins but I would think wait and let it dissolve. For my MC BO I had a procedure.

@ThisisNumber3 That's what I thought too... But I got an u/s a week ago on the 1st in the ER and since that week... It's growing! I thought it would dissolve but it's getting bigger!

They don't do anything. It will absorb and be squeezed out by the baby.

I had the exact same thing. They told me that the gestational sac would eventually be reabsorbed by the body. They also told me that there's no danger to the other baby.
