Hi to everyone here! I've been lurking for a little while and I can honestly say reading around here has helped me. My name is Rebecca, I just turned 30 and my husband and I are TTC baby number 2. We have a 22 month old son and are soooo thankful for him! I was on the trimester boards a lot when I was pregnant with him since then haven't been on much, but after our 4th failed cycle, I wanted to talk to people who didn't just say "it's ok, it'll happen." Haha. My husband doesnt exactly know how to deal with me being disappointed in this situation.
I'm hearing so many pregnancy announcements from friends and while I'm so happy for them, I can't help but to be a little sad I'm not pregnant yet. Although the rational side of me keeps telling me that it's only been 4 months so I really don't need to worry too much about it right now.
I'm looking forward to talking to ladies in the same situation! Thanks in advance :smiley:

    Welcome! I'm in my 3rd cycle and can definitely feel the disappointment, but I agree that you have nothing to worry about. Good luck to you!

    Welcome, hope your stay here is short!
    DD born PPROM preemie at 36 weeks on 10/1/17 after over a year TI, 
    then 3 failed IUIs, and finally a successful IVF FET.

    Due with #2 5/2/19 after HIO once in my FW,
    because apparently that's how life works now. Team Blue!

    Welcome!  It's definitely okay to feel disappointed when it doesn't happen, and you'll find many of us here who can relate.  If you haven't already, take a look at the pinned posts at the top of the board.  Then just hop right in with the WTO (Waiting to Ovulate) and TWW (Two Week Wait) posts, which are daily, as you see fit!  They're a great place for venting out some of those very frustrations you mention!

    I think we can all relate to being a little disappointed and upset about not being pregnant yet even if it has only been a couple of cycles.
