Cramping after transvaginal ultrasound

I'm 10 weeks and had my ultrasound appointment yesterday morning. I know that they say mind cramping is normal after a transvaginal us. I felt fine after the appointment but around 7pm I started experiencing what I would call more than just "mild" cramping. I had just a spot of blood after using the bathroom which that part doesn't concern me as I remember that from my 1st pregnancy. But the cramping is new. It's like like it encompasses my entire lower region. It was worse last night night but I'm still experiencing it today.
Just curious if anyone has experienced this?

    I had a transvaginal US yesterday and also a pap I'm 10w 3d so right where you are. I just posted about having spotting after and still continuing today. She told me because of my yeast infection I've had that my uterus is really inflamed and bled as soon as she did the brush on my uterus. So even though she told me to expect the spotting I am still worried. BUT I've had cramping all afternoon and some yesterday too. So I guess it's something we can expect. You could also just be growing some I suppose. (Sorry for the rant lol I just have been worried and I'm relieved to see you're having similar things as well.)
