New OB Bloodwork question

I had all my new OB bloodwork done yesterday. Everything was normal. However, in my CBC I noticed that my RBC count and hemoglobin and platelets are quite a bit lower than they were pre-pregnancy (based on spring 2013, 2014, and 2015 bloodwork). I thought your blood volume got much higher during pregnancy? I know it's still normal, but it is on the low end of normal where my usual is the high end of normal. I am taking a prenatal with 26mg iron (have been since summer). Thanks!

    I think I answered my own question. My blood volume increases more than the blood counts so it is essential dilutional "anemia" and perfectly normal.  Whew! :)
