Made pasta with a avocado sauce with chicken and tomatoes tonight, one of my faves! Planning to make Thai red curry tomorrow, and maybe Barbacoa tacos another night.
I follow a strict diet to control a chronic disease. (Wahls Paleo.) Dinner is grass fed meat prepared over a bed of sulphur veggies (onions, mushrooms, asparagus). Or Bone broth with free-range chicken meat and tons of veggies. (I'm not just being annoying, the diet calls for grass fed and free range.)
Due with rainbow rainbow rainbow baby on 9/29/17 It's been a long road- Let's just say that!
Sunday night, I made chicken jardeniere with homemade French bread (I make a recipe that makes four loaves and then I freeze three, so we can have French bread any time). I made pasta with marinara sauce on Monday night. Last night, I made Asian-style chicken meatballs with garlic green beans and ginger garlic noodles. Tonight, I will probably eat some leftovers!
Last night I made egg and cheese burritos (eggs were the only thing that sounded good). Might make grilled teriyaki chicken and veggies over steamed rice for dinner tonight.

My entire family is sick except me, so soup... lots and lots of soup. I made chicken tortilla soup yesterday with lots of extra lime. Tonight will be leftovers. Then tomorrow I've got beef carnitas from Trader Joes (stole that idea from last's weeks post) that we will eat over brown rice with avocado and stir fried veggies. Friday will probably be take out.
I've been playing it by ear each night since I've been having trouble eating normally. Likely choices include instant mashed potatoes, potatoes in other forms, spaghetti, cheese and crackers, those quick asian rice noodle soups, chinese food (fried rice!), other rice heavy foods (thai curry), tacos.
I normally eat a ton of veg with my meals so this has been very limiting with the nausea and what I feel like I can handle.
Last night we had chicken and bean chili that was phenomenal (recipe from smitten kitchen - she's amazing). Tonight we're doing a blue apron meal - I think it's chicken and udon noodle soup, so we'll see how that goes. Tomorrow we're doing calzones which should be delicious!
