I don't know what's good to have been having a headache lately but been staying away from caffeine and last night I had a couple sips of coke and then today woke up with headache and cold, scared that either me taking sips was bad idea and taking any kind of meds might hurt baby, I'm worried
Re: Worried sick
Small amount of caffeine should be perfectly fine. Tylenol is safe for headaches. My doctor told me that If I start to get a migraine, to take a Tylenol and drink a can of coke. Although I wanted to be one of the woman who didn't drink any caffeine or take any meds, when your suffering from bad headaches and nausea, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Just try to stay until 200mg of caffeine. I had a horrible migraine coming on last week, and I bit the bullet and took some Tylenol and drank some soda and freaked out for a couple of days, but it really helped and everything seems normal. Hope you feel better soon!

Caffeine in small increments should be okay just like mentioned by others.
I highly recommend downloading a reputable app like Ovia that has foods and medicine that are fine during pregnancy or asking your doctor for a list. It will help calm your fears if you properly educate yourself on standard practices and why things are or are not safe.
My doc said Tylenol and a little caffeine are fine for dealing with my migraines. She also gave me a script for a migraine med that is safe for pregnancy if I really need it, but I'm trying to stick with the Tylenol/caffeine combo.
