Can your breast capacity change?

LO is 8 weeks old. Up until Saturday she would feed 4-5oz on just one side per feed. I could always pump an additional 4-5 on the other side as well to store. Suddenly on Saturday all I can pump and all she can get is exactly 1oz per side! It doesnt matter if she nurses every hour or every 3hrs! (Same thing goes for pumping) I have a scale at home and thats how I know what she is consuming. I had been sick from christmas to new years but i am better now so I cant figure out what is going on.

Anyone have something similar happen? I am praying its short term and not a perminent change. Since saturday I have been pumping between feeds and overnight but so far no improvement!

I started taking fenugreek and eating oatmeal, i drink a ridiculous amount of water daily as well.

I notice that it takes a day or two for my supply to be effected by increased pumping and water intake. I would reach out to a lactation consultant and see if they can help.
