So I was just getting sick in the bathroom and work and... I peed my pants!! I officially apologize for every snicker, laugh, and comment I ever made about my mother crossing her legs while sneezing!!

@nerdymama15 I guess it's time to invest in poise pads. Well either that or bring extra clothes to work every day.

zekesmommy611 luckily I work nights as a police dispatcher so I am typically alone in the station all night so no one was around to see my shame!!

I always have associate the leaking pee business to be an "old person" problem... now I'm the old person!!! AHHH!! guess I better get used to it because in no time I'll have a little one to tell me just how uncool and with the times I really am!!

Keigels are my new go to exercise! I was sick a couple weeks ago, I would cough so bad I would pee a little. I thought the same thing as you, how do all these women have issues with their bladders!? Now I get it.
