When is this morning sickness supposed to stop? As of this tuesday I am 17 weeks and I don't really have any food aversions per se, but there are some common foods that I want to eat or still enjoy that make me sick...such as eggs, bacon and potato chips. I'm throwing up at least once a day at random and I can always tell when it's coming. And the worst part is every time I vomit, I usually pee my pants from the forcefulness of the vomit. I was told by about 14 weeks in that the morning sickness would taper off, but it seems like it's getting worse!!

Sadly not everyone experiences the morning sickness leaving. I'm sorry it sucks! I've pretty much come to terms with the fact I'll be sick my whole pregnancy (because of HG). My sister in law was similar to what you are going through and she was throwing up her whole pregnancy she said you just get used to it and learn the best way to cope! I hope it does get better for you!!
like PP's have said, every woman experiences morning sickness differently. some women dont get MS at all, some get relief around 2nd Tri, & some don't get any relief at all. i personally only experienced morning sickness for 2-3 weeks.
if it seems like it's getting worse, you can always speak with your doctor/OB about it. they may have some options for you to help alleviate the nausea.
Mine ended a couple of weeks ago (about 16 weeks), right before Xmas, thank God. Would never have been able to host for 4 days straight. I do get recurrences every few days, but not as bad as you, I would say. I would echo the speaking to your doc about a med, as it is impacting your life this much. The good news is, it really does seem to disappear within a day for those who are lucky.
Sorry to be more bearer of bad news, but I'm 22 weeks and haven't thrown up once. Virtually no MS. I don't think there's really a start and stop time for symptoms because every pregnancy (even within the same woman) is different.
26 weeks and still get sick every once in a while. But I feel nauseaus on the daily. I've come to terms that it might just be through my whole pregnancy.
28 weeks and I still get sick everyday and feel nauseated most all day. It was the same with my first. Zofran and/or diclegis may help. Talk to your Dr. As for the peeing while throwing up, pads are wonderful. Or if you have enough warning try emptying your bladder right before. Waded up toilet paper helps in a pinch. I know it sucks but it's just one of those things you have to deal with. Good luck!
