My husband teaches piano in our home. It is our bread and butter, so we can't delay him teaching.
I'm concerned that we may get kids in the house that aren't vaccinated. I plan on speaking to our doctor about how much isolation we need to strive for, but do you think it would be poor customer service to post something on the door along the lines of, "There is a newborn in this home. If you have chosen not to vaccinate your child, please notify us immediately in order to take appropriate precautions to avoid exposure."?

The baby's immune system stays immature till 3 yo and if you breastfeed they get your antibodies.
You can get a special devise, that disinfects the air with ultraviolet light. I've never used one, but know they exist and wipe surfaces with disinfecting wipes.
There is no need to keep unvaccinated kids away - you will loose a lot of clients, just ask sick kids to miss the lesson
