    Starting Jessie's girls prenatal! Also food prepping today for our week as I will be gone all day tomorrow with my sweet baby niece! I'm trying this new crockpot recipe with healthy creamy chicken to put over some angel hair pasta. Looking forward to my lunches at work :p ... We will be hitting legs and a little back/biceps today with some cardio. Also gonna try out a prenatal yoga class Monday!

    How did holidays hurt or help your fitness plans?
    Holidays helped because being a teacher I'm off of work and I got to SLEEP instead of wake up at 4:30 every day! They hurt because obviously healthy eating hasn't been the best with all the parties and stuff... But BALANCE so it's ok :)

    Why do you choose to do your best at being healthy?
    For me, it makes me feel guilty to eat badly. I worked hard to lose like 35 lbs a few years ago and I just don't wanna go back! I know the risks of eating badly. And now I feel even more guilty knowing that anything I eat is going straight to my baby. Why would I wanna sugar him/her up when I know how dangerous it is for me as an adult?

    Non-baby related: how were your holidays?!
    AMAZING. It was so fun to get quality time with everyone close to us and to share our news. I've enjoyed every second. It's also been nice to just relax and let the exhaustion take over LOL
