So I have most 7 pounds since my appointment that was 3 weeks ago. My nausea is out of control. I have no appetite. This week I started throwing up all day long. I sure hope it passes soon.
It will get better!! I lost almost 15 lbs between weeks 6 and 9. Now that I am 9+3, I am feeling improved. I still don't have much of an appetite, but I feel way less nauseated and I'm able to eat one full meal per day!! Woo hoo!
*lurking* Talk to your dr about medicine! Unisom has saved my life and there are others as well. Make sure you are staying hydrated it's hard to do but sometimes we have to force ourselves to drink water or Gatorade! Keeping crackers by your bed can be helpful too even when not feeling great I've found part of the problem is being hungry even though my head says "no way" to food. Hang in there!
1. If you're overweight, it's normal for overweight women to lose weight. 2. Definitely call your doctor for some nausea medication. You don't have to suffer.
That's normal in the first trimester. I lost about 6 lbs during my first pregnancy and actually didn't start gaining any weight until about week 22 even though my belly was getting bigger.
I lost about 15lbs my first trimester with my first baby, then I gained all the weight in the third. Like PP have said talk to your doctor so you don't have to suffer!
