Breastfed baby smells like fried food?

She is almost 6 weeks old and currently has a yeast infection in her diaper. I haven't had a lot of fried foods lately. The last time was just one fried thing a week ago. This may be a stupid question, but could this be an early sign of thrush in her mouth?

She smells like fried food? She has a yeast infection? Could the yeast infection be caused by thrush? Why does she smell like fried food...did you drop a French fry on her? I have so many questions!

I'm not sure what it was, but I noticed my own body odor was the same. I drank a bunch of lemon water to cleanse my system a bit and it seemed to help. The pediatrician thought I was crazy when I asked, so who knows
