My son was born cutting a tooth well its cut through and 3 months later we're teething again except now we have 6 bumps in the back with doc says to watch but all the teethers are too big for his mouth even the 0+ ones and he hates the gel doc reccomends but MIL bought all natural oragel and I just don't know and I can't use a wet rag (other than wiping his gums and tongue) because doc is worried about water toxinity thus why he doesn't get water, ugh

If baby takes a pack you could try these. They have them at babies r us or if you google raspberry teether you can find them

He doesn't usually take a pacifier but he might if these help his teeth, thanks for the suggestion I'll get some today
